• Your product is exactly as described in the listing, and is exactly what arrives to you packaged, corresponding to the listing, regardless of the generic package labelling. Your product may arrive with the logo Pure Inka Foods, Kachava Superfoods, or Peruvian Herbs. In some cases, we may use a tariff code and product description that can differ slightly from the actual product. For example, you may see the following tariff code used: "ground beet, root, and other herbal preparations" for those products that do not have their own HS code. Just remember that your product is 100% as described in the listing, without any filler powders. If you ordered Huanarpo Macho, your product is 100% Huanarpo Macho powder, and if you ordered Hercampuri, your product is 100% Hercampuri powder. Using the tariff code in this way will speed up delivery times and avoid unnecessary delays, with products being held by customs.

Returns:

• Refunds accepted only for undelivered orders.

• Tracking number provided for each order.

• Refunds or exchanges accepted if the product is returned sealed and in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.

• Buyer covers the cost of return shipping.
