Store Policy

Shipping Policies:

  • Shipments From Peru: 2-4 Weeks (Average delivery to Canada/US/Europe is 10-14 days). For Asia, Oceania, Middle East, and Africa, shipping can take 2-5 weeks (2-3 weeks on average). This applies to all orders less than 900g.

  • Express Shipping: All orders which weigh more than 900g, including 15 Packs of Capsules will be sent via DHL Express, which takes 5-10 business days. 

  • Wholesale Shipping For Remote Zones: All wholesale orders include free shipping, except if the delivery address is classified as a remote zone by DHL. In that case, a small surcharge of $5–$15 (never exceeding $15) will apply, and a payment link will be provided as we prepare your order. You will need to check your email and pay the additional shipping surcharge before your order is sent. 

  • Seller is not responsible for delays due to customs, natural disasters or other events beyond the seller's control.

  • If the item could not be delivered by the buyer's local courier, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local courier, arrange redelivery, or pickup the item from their local post office.

  • For any items lost in courier, we will help the buyer to file a claim, providing all the necessary documents.
     

Product Description:

  • The product you receive will be exactly as described in the listing.

  • Sometimes other tariff codes and similar descriptions are used, if the product does not exist in the system.

  • For example, Huanarpo Macho does not have its unique tariff code; however, your product is 100% Huanarpo Macho powder.
     

Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Providing correct address details.

  • Paying any duty fees or VAT if imposed by customs.

  • Ensuring the accuracy of delivery address before completing the order.

  • Providing email and phone number for courier communication, if necessary.
     

Customs Fees:

  • Additional fees may be charged by your country's customs for purchases exceeding personal use or a certain value.

  • Pure Inka Foods is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, or products being held by customs.

  • Buyer is responsible for paying customs fees, which may include signing a simple declaration form.
     

Packaging / Labelling / Tariff Code:

  • Your product is exactly as described in the listing, and is exactly what arrives to you packaged, corresponding to the listing, regardless of the generic package labelling.

  • For some products, to ensure smooth customs clearance, your package may be declared as Beet Powder, Artichoke Powder, or Other Herbal, Vegetable, Fruit, or Root Powders. This is purely for customs purposes — your order always contains 100% of the product listed. This is only needed for some herbal powders, which do not have a unique HS tariff code, which will avoid unnecessary holds, paperwork, and extra fees.

  • Custom packaging or additional labels will incur an additional cost, as agreed upon or discussed with the buyer before purchase.


Returns:

  • Refunds accepted only for undelivered or unsent orders. Refund processing time can take up to 30 days.

    • Tracking number is provided for each order. Note that small shipments sent from Peru to Canada are not tracked (except for US warehouse orders or Wholesale DHL orders). 

  • Refunds or exchanges accepted if the product is returned sealed (un-opened) and in its original condition within 30 days of purchase, and buyer covers the cost of return postage.

Customs & Import Restrictions Policy:

Certain seeds or live natural products may be subject to import restrictions or prohibitions in your country. Regulations vary by region and are beyond our control. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check and ensure that the products they are ordering are permitted for import into their country. If this is not done, we cannot guarantee that your order will clear customs. Although very rare, customs authorities may inspect, delay, seize, or destroy products at their discretion in accordance with local laws (e.g. raw fresh leaves or seeds). We do not provide refunds, replacements, or credits for any products that are withheld, delayed, or destroyed by customs, except for small orders which we may allow you to redeem as store credit at our own discretion. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with import restrictions, customs inspections, or seizures. We encourage customers to research local import laws before purchasing.
