If you order wholesale that is sent from Peru, to ensure smooth customs clearance, your package may be declared as Other Herbal, Vegetable, Fruit, or Root Powders. This is purely for customs purposes — your order always contains 100% of the product listed. 🌿 Product Background
Chuchuhuasi (Maytenus macrocarpa) is a revered Amazonian tree bark long valued by Indigenous communities for its powerful healing and aphrodisiac properties. Traditionally used to support joint health, mobility, stamina, and overall vitality, Chuchuhuasi has played an important role in Amazonian herbal medicine for centuries.

Peruvian research institutions, including San Marcos and the Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana, have documented its traditional applications and bioactive compounds. Known for its strengthening and restorative qualities, Chuchuhuasi remains one of the Amazon’s most respected botanical tonics for daily balance and resilience.

🌱 Why Our Chuchuhuasi is Unique
We take pride in our meticulous production process that preserves the bark's bioactive properties:

  • Sanitary Preparation: Tree bark is carefully washed, peeled, and cut immediately after harvest.

  • Low-Temperature Drying: Dehydrated slowly at controlled temperatures to retain all medicinal compounds.

  • Fine Milling: Professionally milled to achieve a concentrated, smooth ultra-tiny powder — stronger and finer than most hand-milled varieties.

  • 100% Pure and Fresh: No fillers or blends. Our powder is sourced directly from pristine areas of the Peruvian Amazon using sustainable and eco-friendly harvesting practices.

🥄 Suggested Use
Mix 1/2 teaspoon daily in smoothies, teas, or warm water. It can also be added to juices, soups, or used topically as part of skincare routines. Can be increased to 1 teaspoon after 1-2 weeks of usage. Use consistently for 2–3 months for best results.

Tea Preparation for severe cases: Start with 10 g of bark per day, simmered in ~500–750 ml of water, consumed in 3-4 divided portions. This is the most frequently documented, especially for joint support and inflammation. Some users have increased this to 20 g of bark per day, however, every person's body will respond differently, and it's best to adjust according to your needs.

Tincture: To prepare a 1:5 Chuchuhuasi tincture, combine 80 g of Chuchuhuasi powder with 400 ml of 40–70% alcohol in a sealed glass jar. Shake daily and allow the mixture to macerate for 2–4 weeks in a cool, dark place. Once ready, strain thoroughly through fine mesh or a coffee filter and bottle the finished tincture. Begin with the lowest dose (1 ml once or twice daily) for the first 1–2 weeks to assess tolerance before gradually increasing. You may increase it to 3 ml per dose, up to 2–3 times per day, depending on individual response. Each 1 ml of tincture contains approximately 200 mg of Chuchuhuasi herb equivalent.
