Muna Leaves Herbal Digestion Tea
Suggested Use: Add 8 oz (1 cup) of near-boiling water to 1 teaspoon (4g) of the loose-leaf herb. Let the tea steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Drink 1 to 2 cups, as desired. Take half an hour before meals, 3 times a day.
